Three pillars of impact
Rooted in community and driven by creativity, Try to Imagine Collective develops emotionally aware, relationally effective leaders across every stage of life. When children feel secure, families connect. When families connect, individuals lead. When individuals lead, communities thrive.
Our programming spans three interconnected pillars, each designed to meet participants where they are and grow with them over time.
Children are where change begins. Through expressive arts, social-emotional learning, and attachment-aware mentorship, we create spaces where young people feel seen, safe, and valued, building the confidence, creativity, and emotional awareness they carry for life.
Families are the bridge. When parents and caregivers connect, communicate, and heal together, children thrive. Our family programming strengthens the relationships that shape the next generation through workshops, creative experiences, and community connection.
Leaders influence systems. When teachers, supervisors, parents, and community leaders grow in emotional health and self-awareness, workplaces improve, schools improve, and families strengthen. Our leadership development programs equip emerging leaders to lead from the inside out.
Expressive Arts &
Youth Leadership
Young people are natural leaders. Our programs create the space for them to discover that through creative expression, peer relationships, and guided mentorship that builds the confidence they carry for life.
Family Connection &
Intergenerational Healing
Strong families build strong communities. Our family programming helps caregivers develop the communication skills, emotional tools, and community connections needed to lead at home and beyond.
Leadership Development &
Life-Skills Education
Leadership is not a destination. It is a practice. Our individual development programs equip emerging leaders with the emotional intelligence, relational tools, and real-world skills to lead effectively in every area of their lives.
Every TTI program is built on the same core principles, because how we show up matters as much as what we teach.
Community-centered delivery means we meet participants in spaces they already trust: schools, community centers, places of worship, and neighborhood gathering spaces.
Every program is designed with the specific community in mind, honoring cultural identity, lived experience, and the particular strengths participants bring to the room.
Our facilitators are trained to lead with care, hold space without judgment, and prioritize the safety and dignity of every participant in every session.
We invest in ongoing relationships, not one-off events. Growth happens in consistent, trusted community over time, not in a single workshop.
Our programs are free or low-cost to participants. We believe access to leadership development should never be determined by zip code or income.
We start with what participants already have, because every person who walks into our programs brings gifts, experiences, and potential that deserve to be recognized.
We partner with schools, nonprofits, community organizations, and local leaders to bring our programs where they're needed most. Let's talk.
